In the heart of Reims, Chef de Caves, Carine Bailleul, crafts this stylish wine with a high percentage of Chardonnay specially selected from small parcels from over 155 different crus for the flagship blend. The Chardonnay in the blend as well as extensive 5 years lees ageing produces a richer style of Champagne from a unique collective of grape growers across 900 hectares of vineyards.
