Food pairing
With its firm tannins and intense fruit flavours this is a wine that pairs well with red meats such as braised shoulder of lamb or a grilled beef tenderloin with blue cheese butter. Equally versatile with non-meat dishes however such as a barley risotto or some delicious fondue.
