    Product Details

    Silky and aromatic, this Okanagan Valley Pinot Noir shows a more expressive, layered side of the variety in a warm site. Aromas move between ripe cherry, strawberry, and black plum, with secondary notes of pipe tobacco, earth, and subtle mineral tones. The palate is medium bodied and smooth, shaped by refined, gently gripping tannins and balanced acidity that keep the wine composed and flowing. Red and dark fruit flavours are joined by savoury notes and light spice, carrying through to a long, clean finish with soft texture and lingering detail. A confident Canadian Pinot Noir that emphasizes fragrance, texture, and clarity of fruit rather than weight.
