Aromas show black plum, black cherry, and ripe raspberry, layered with cocoa, dried herbs, and subtle floral notes. The palate is full bodied but well balanced, with smooth, rounded tannins and fresh acidity providing structure without heaviness. Dark fruit flavours are supported by gentle oak spice and savoury undertones of sage and vanilla, carrying through to a long, dry finish with soft grip and lingering fruit.
