    This Cabernet Franc from Burrowing Owl Estate Winery reflects the variety’s natural balance between aromatic lift and structural depth. Aromas open with red cherry, raspberry, and plum, layered with dried herbs, subtle floral notes, and a touch of graphite. The palate is medium bodied and finely shaped, with fresh acidity and firm but polished tannins providing definition and control. Red and dark fruit flavours are supported by restrained oak influence, adding savoury spice and gentle warmth without excess weight. The finish is dry, composed, and persistent, marked by lingering fruit, herbal nuance, and quiet structure. A classically framed Okanagan Cabernet Franc.
