    Product Details

    Juan Carrau Tannat is a varietal red from Bodegas Carrau, produced in Las Violetas in the Canelones region of Uruguay using 100% Tannat. The grapes are hand‑harvested and fermented in stainless steel with a short cold maceration, followed by aging for approximately nine months in neutral oak barrels. The result is a dry, medium‑bodied red with aromas of red fruits such as cherries and dried plums, balanced acidity, and ripe, velvety tannins that give the wine a smooth, approachable structure.
