    Product Details

Made using the ancestral (pét‑nat) method, this Sparkling Cabernet Franc highlights Bella Wines’ minimalist approach to bubbles and site expression. Organic Cabernet Franc is pressed gently and bottled before primary fermentation is complete, allowing the wine to finish fermenting naturally in bottle. Aromatically, it shows lifted notes of citrus peel, pear, and subtle spice, with red‑fruit hints emerging on the palate. The style is lightly off‑dry to dry depending on vintage, with soft, natural effervescence, fresh acidity, and a textured, gently savoury finish. Playful yet precise, this is a distinctive sparkling wine designed for casual enjoyment and food pairing rather than formality.
