This is a fresh, dry white wine with a structured but approachable feel. Aromas of citrus, pear, and light herbal notes come through first, followed by flavours of stone fruit and a subtle nutty edge. The body sits in the middle range, offering a bit of grip that gives the wine character without heaviness. It finishes savoury and steady, making it especially well suited to food and relaxed, thoughtful drinking.
