    Shaped by the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, Ammura Etna Rosso offers a refined expression of Nerello Mascalese that highlights elegance, minerality, and tension rather than weight. The vineyards lie on the northeast face of Etna near Linguaglossa at high elevation, where lava rich soils and cooling breezes preserve freshness and aromatic lift. Pale ruby in colour, the wine opens with aromas of wild berries, cherry, and pomegranate, layered with black pepper, sweet tobacco, and a subtle smoky note reminiscent of volcanic stone. On the palate, it is dry and medium bodied, with silky tannins, bright acidity, and a savoury, mineral driven finish that reflects its volcanic origin. This is a food focused Etna Rosso with clarity, finesse, and strong sense of place.
