Reports to: Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensures placement of all display and floor items on a weekly basis. Maintains a high level of overall organization and cleanliness for all merchandised product areas on the sales floor.
- Ensures all monthly price changes are completed accurately and on time.
- Organizes all signage for monthly and bi-weekly promotions
- Coordinates with Event Coordinator for any in-store merchandising needed for company events
- Communicates with Operations Supervisor on any requirements for ordering for displays / features
- Leads by example at all times
- Participates in the coaching and mentoring the team on an ongoing basis.
- Maintains open communication with the Management team.

Qualifications:
- WSET Level 2
- 4-5 years in customer service or retail industry
- 2-3 years merchandising experience
- Experience coaching/mentoring a team
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Publisher
- Serving it Right certificate
