Predominantly Lillooet grapes were blended with a small portion of Vernon and Similkameen grapes. The grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented using a variety of different yeasts to diversify the aromatic complexity. Fermentation was halted to retain a small amount of residual sugar to balance taste.
