Our commitment to Safety

Like you, we are equally concerned about Covid-19 and want to ensure a safe environment for all. 

Although masks are no longer required at retail stores, our staff greatly appreciate if you would continue to wear yours. With the changes to Provincial Health Orders effective on March 11, 2022, masks are optional for indoor public settings.

For your comfort, you can also:

• Shop online and request store pick up (please make sure to select the exact store you wish to pick up from before you start shopping to see their inventory). When you arrive to pick up your order, you will need to give an order number and show ID.

• Shop online and request delivery.

• Call your local store to place your order for pick up. When you arrive to pick up your order, you will need to give an order number and show ID.

We gratefully ask that while shopping in our stores to please maintain 2 metres between your fellow wine enthusiasts and our staff as well as using hand sanitizer when you enter the store. 

And if you are not feeling well, please shop on our website instead and request delivery. We will be very happy to see you another time.



In our on-going commitment to health and safety we also:

 -    Clean high contact surfaces.
 -    Maintain physical distancing.
 -    Require frequent handwashing.
 -    Will have cashiers remain behind the plexi barrier
 -    Ask staff not to come to work if they are feeling ill or if they've been in contact with anyone with a positive Covid test result.
