Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager & Supervisors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To provide an unforgettable experience for all our customers whether it be instore, over the phone, at the tasting bar, or during events
- Organizes all in store events, classes and tastings including set up, take down, food, promotional items, tickets and samples
- Creates and maintains relationships with reps while coordinating with them for events
- Communicates with Head Office to facilitate any initiatives or directives from them and vice versa to ensure EventBrite is up to date
- Utilizing your knowledge and passion for wine, beer and spirits when assisting all customers
- Enthusiastically make all customers aware of current sales, promotions and any upcoming events that may be of interest to them.
- Maintains an event catalogue/binder, keeping it organized and accurate
- Works with local businesses and members of the community to drive traffic into the store with partnerships and events
- Complying with all Serving It Right ID laws

Qualifications:
- Event planning experience
- 2-3 years retail or customer service experience
- WSET Level 2 or applicable knowledge of the industry
- Serving it Right certificate
