Production
Three native varieties, Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz, are all fermented in stainless steel before spending 6 months ageing in Allier oak barrels.
Winery
The Pedra Cancela wines are produced near the village of Oliveira de Barreiros in the region of Ḍo, Portugal. Jọo Paulo Gouveia is their winemaker and this blend is a pure representation of the region, blending three of Dao�۪s native varieties.
