Culmina Winemakers' Dinner
Culmina’s winemaking philosophy revolves around two principles: gentle handling of fruit and minimal intervention of wine. They employ a combination of traditional practices and leading-edge technologies to preserve the beautiful, natural character of their wines.
Talented, energetic, and sharp as a tack, Jean-Marc Enixon is a classically trained French vigneron and winemaker. His education and training encompass both winemaking and grape growing disciplines, giving him perspective on the entire process, from vineyard to grape to bottle.
Chef Castro Boateng, Victoria's Chef of the Year, and one of the best chefs on Vancouver Island has created a unique 5-course dinner precisely paired with Culmina's wonderful wines. Chef Castro is known for his raw talent, admirable flavour combinations, and natural creativity.
