This wine has a very slight acidity like a good German Gewurtz and is somewhat sweeter. On the scale that BC Liqour Stores use, it would probably rate as a 3. It has a very pronounced flavour that you immediately recongnize as Ehrenfelser. You can see why Ehrenfelser makes a fantastic Late Harvest dessert wine. I had this with Herbed Roast Chicken and it was great. It would also pair with cold meats, cheese and Salmon. Or just sipping by itself. Note that a lot of the content is from the Inkameep vinyards. If you miss those old sweeter style Spatlese and Auslese wined from Germany, this is the one for you. Definintely one I would put on my "preferred" list.
