70% Cabernet Sauvignon - 30%Carmenere
This medium-to-full bodied blend is a beautiful ruby red. It has elegant notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and butterscotch and shows wild blueberries and blackberries. The palate is ample, soft and generous, with the subtle spiciness typical of the Carmenere variety.
Food Pairing Notes
Try with pork ribs, spaghetti with bolognese sauce, pizza or lamb stew.
