Tasting Notes
Sweet, warm and elegant soft tannins, reminiscent of raspberry jam in harmony with the oak. Very balanced, with no sharp edges and good concentration on the palate.
Vineyard Notes
This wine was produced with grapes from the Upper Zone of the River Mendonza and Valle of Uco.
Food Pairing Notes
Suitable to accompany the grill which is a typical dish of Argentina, and also with pasta, poultry and roast lamb.

Miolo produced a special wine in partnership with winemaker Argentine César Augusto de Azevedo Borba to show the terroir of the region of Mendoza, Argentina. The terroir of the region chosen overview of the origins of the career of two winemakers, more precisely in Lujan de Cuyo, one of the two finest terroirs of Mendoza. To honor the Incas living Mendoza, the wine line was called Los Nevados. This was the name given by the ancient people of the Andes, that from the beginning has great influence to the development of viticulture in the region.
