Barrel aged in a combination of new and one year old French oak with minimum intervention prior to racking. It is also unfiltered to preserve its rich berry flavours.Rich garnet red colour with wild strawberry, raspberry, spice and red cherry aromas. Nutmeg, cloves and spice on the palate. Soft, silky tannins with a juicy finish.
