Tasting Notes
Ripe Shiraz grapes from sun drenched traditional Spanish hillside vineyards, have been carefully fermented in their modern, temperature controlled tanks to produce a rich, fruity wine that is soft and drinkable at any occasion. Deep and bright in color, this red is very fruity on the nose. Ripe cherry and blackcurrant and combined with hints of black pepper. On the palate, the Shiraz is fruity, jammy and full of flavour, with a good backbone to support the lingering finish.
Food Pairing Notes
Pair well with richly flavored red meats, beef stew and meat lover's pizza.

I found this wine to be light bodied, it has some complexity and a medium finish. I could serve this to friends with no problem. Could go with Chinese food, seafood, or almost anything. For $7 per bottle, a fantastic deal!
