Right away, we could tell that this Pinot Noir was something special. The initial nose is powerful and vibrant, yet delicate in its display of "classic Pinot Noir aromas of red berry and spicy plum fruits". On the palate, this is a medium-bodied Pinot, with "exceptional fruit intensity, retaining its elegance with a fine mouthfeel" and rich, savoury notes. Perfectly paired with gamey poultry such as quail or duck.
