Education has never been so delicious! Back by popular demand, we are pleased to present The Everything Wine Experience: Three consecutive wine classes for the price of two! From Basic wine knowledge to fun facts and little-known secrets, these wine tastings are sure to broaden your wine expertise, and expand your appreciation for the complexity and grandeur of the wine world.
Class One: Back to Basics - May 9th
Part one of this tasting experience brings us to the basic, bare essentials of what makes wine so enjoyable. Classic Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are among this evening's features. Learn about why these varietals have remained at the forefront in the world of wine!
Class Two: Broadening your Wine Horizons - May 16th
Part Two delves into a broader range of interesting, lesser-known and under-appreciated wines such as Muscat, Torrontes, Viognier, Rose, Pinotage and Carmenere. This class is sure to surprise and delight a wide range of wine lovers - from beginners to seasoned collectors!

Part Three presents: Icewine, Champagne, Port, Premium Vintage Selections and more! We've pulled out all the stops for our final evening of wine knowledge, fun, and entertainment.

“Deconstructing Prosecco”

Adami has been regarded as one of the leading producers of Prosecco spumante. Adami’s Prosecco is produced with grapes from vineyards in Valdobbiadene and Cartizze—some of the Prosecco region’s top vineyard sites. Annie Lau from Vendemmia Wines will lead this class on “Deconstructing Prosecco”, she will instruct you on what prosecco is, how it is made, and why it is considered one of the best sparkling wines in the world. You will get to sample this wine paired with some wonderful food. Come enjoy and learn about this beautiful bubbly.

Founded in 1961 by George Fistonich, Villa Maria has become a New Zealand Icon which exports wine products to over 50 countries around the world. Villa Maria produces wines from grapes grown in Auckland, Gisborne, Hawkes Bay and Marlborough, some of the best grape growing sites in New Zealand. The grapes are all a result of sustainable growing practices. Villa Maria is a proud advocate of protecting resources for next generations and protecting the land by using methods that are, “safest for the environment and human health”. Fort Berens Wines

Fort Berens Estate Winery was established by Dutch immigrants, Rolf de Bruin and Heleen Pannekoek. Rolf and Heleen embarked on the venture in 2005, when they left the Netherlands and shifted from corporate careers to living and working on a farm. With the founding of Fort Berens, Rolf and Heleen turned their lifelong dream of running a vineyard and winery into a reality.
