    Community Giving

    Everything Wine's community giving focus is on British Columbia charities, schools, sports teams, service organizations and other not-for-profit fundraisers and events in our stores' local communities.

    We are pleased to consider all donation requests for auction items or door prizes, however, we may not be able to support every event. Please be advised we are unable to support cash donation requests.

    To submit your donation, please:

    • Send your request at least 30 days prior to event date
    • Email your request to:

    Everything Wine - Vancouver Island & Area


    Please also include the following information:

    • Organization name (and URL)
    • Event name and fundraising purpose
    • Event date and location (address) of venue
    • Anticipated attendance at event
    • Other details you would like to know

    Your request will be forwarded to the local Everything Wine store near your venue for review and consideration. If accepted, that store will contact you to provide further details and pick-up information. Please allow 2-3 weeks for response.
